Wireless Torque and Force Measurement

Mobile measurement capabilities of all n-gineric sensors are now available.

A mobile phone or device with our Android application can be used as a simple measurement display, but it serves as a WiFi Bridge.

Measurement Processing: Windows based Software Application n-quirer TT advanced

Data rates up to 1,000 measurements per second for precise graph recordings are possible.
It can be used with our intelligent rotary torque/angle transducers or load cells.

Torque and Clamping Force Measurement Application for Screw Joint Analysis

The criterion for lasting stability or failure of a screw joint is the clamping force (preload force) in the screw joint.
The ability to measure torque, angle of rotation and preload force within a screw tightening process is essential for the analysis of screw joint signature.

Intelligent sensors from n-gineric can receive measurement data of a subordinate torque or force sensor via the ng-Link interface, so the measurement data of the three physical signals can be recorded and stored synchronously. They can be shown superimposed in the graphic.

A ring sensor is used to measure the preload force, which is provided with our intelligent sensor interface and is integrated as a subordinate sensor.

The primary sensor communicates directly with a Windows PC via Ethernet or USB.
