Sensor systems for measuring forces contain a measuring element based on strain gauge technology in conjunction with an intelligent interface that communicates directly with our n-quirer TT measuring application via digital interfaces.
These sensors are available in the following design:
Compression force sensors with Ethernet-, USB- and ng-Link interface
Preload force sensors (ring force sensors)
Tension/compression force sensors
Optionally, the force sensor can be supplemented with a length measuring sensor to create a force/displacement measuring system.

The measurement parameters are defined using the intuitive Windows application n-quirer TT. The force sensors can be coupled with a torque sensor. This enables time-synchronous measurement curve acquisition of torque, angle of rotation and force. This is of particular interest for preload force measurements within a tightening process.
