The sequencer module allows you to define an assembly sequence combining tightening steps and other assembly operations with detailed written and visual instructions. The operator is guided through the process according to the programmed sequence, which can also be activated via barcode reader. The results of each step are documented. The overall assembly result is logged in a file, including evaluation of all process steps (OK/NOK).
In combination with the NG-BPC bit selector and screw position controller, the selected bits are monitored. The operator is prompted to change bits via pick-by-light signals. When connected to a position monitoring sensor on the tool holder, the sequence of tightening operations can also be controlled according to the programmed screw coordinates. Teaching of screw coordinates is performed with a simple mouse click.
